Today is National Pancake Day!!!!

Well, according to IHOP it is... I'm not sure how reliable that source is... but who's gonna dispute it??? not I! I successfully paid my car insurance, added minutes to my phone, and did two loads of laundry in addition to eating a huge pile of chocolate chip pancakes. All in all, i call that a good day.
